1. Open your Microsoft Edge web browser.
2. Once here you will have to enter the following in the URls bar:

3. After accessing said URL, the Edge experience settings will open.
4. Use the search to find the corresponding function using the following search term:
Ask Before Closing Multiple Tabs
5. This will make the search results show the configuration we are interested in.
6. Next to this option we must display the contextual menu and select the option: Enable
7. Finally, you will only have to click on the option: Restart
8. Once the Microsoft Edge browser has reopened, you will need to click on the three ellipsis icon in the upper right corner.
9. This will open a menu in which you will have to click on the option: Configuration
10. Here you will have to go to the tab: Appearance.
11. Line followed in the central part of the screen, you must find and select the section: Customize Browser.
12. Under this section you will find the option: Ask before closing several tabs.
13. After activating the switch of said option, you will be able to exit the configuration, you will be able to check how after closing the tab, before closing it, a window will open in which you will have to confirm said closing of the tab.
14. Only after confirming the closure of the tab, it will be closed in Microsoft Edge.
